About Us

Our country prides itself on being a land of equality and justice. People escaping persecution and wanting the choice to live a safe and free life founded the United States. Our court system ensures these rights for every American citizen. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, everyone has the right to a trial before conviction, and everyone has the right to an attorney. These are only a few of the ways the judicial system strives to guarantee a fair process.

However, sometimes the judicial system is not fair. Nothing is perfect, but flaws in the courtroom can lead to extremely negative consequences for people who might not deserve them. Equal Justice keeps an eye on what is really happening in the judicial system today. Our site educates people about the wrongs occurring in courtrooms and the ways people are suffering because of flaws in the system. We also make sure people find the counsel they are looking for. We use our professional skills to provide free services to those who are unable to afford for legal procedures. By increasing awareness and disseminating knowledge pro bono, we work to make a difference.
