Visions

"The best way to predict the future is to create it."

In this section we present some of the latest thinking on the future of legal services.  Sometimes these writings will try to predict outcomes based on where we are now and where we appear to be headed.  More importantly, they will often put forth ideas about where we should be headed and how we might get there.   We encourage you not only to read these articles, but also to write your own and submit them for presentation here on our site.  We also encourage you to go to our discussion board and speak your mind about any of the issues we address here or any new ones that you think might be of interest.   And now here are the ideas:

  • Share your vision, large or small, for the future of equal justice.  Submit your article for publication here to our editor .  (An e-mail attachment in rich text format (rtf) would make our job easier.)
  • Give us your feedback about how we can best use this site to work for the future of equal justice in this country.

A number of these papers are available in both pdf and html formats.  To view or download the pdf documents you will need Acrobat Reader.   If you don't have it on your computer, you can download if from Adobe for free.
