在職孕婦 Pregnant at Work is a multi-lingual, interactive portal that gives Hong Kong employees, employers and families the information they need to understand their maternity rights and duties.

Launched by 平義社 Equal Justice on 15 June 2022, it is free to access and available in Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia.

It targets employees, their families and employers who need help understanding what to do when they or someone they know or work with is pregnant at work.

在職孕婦 Pregnant at Work was originally funded and supported by the Equal Opportunities Commission.

Impact:

• Since launch, the PAT portal has been accessed by over 2,100 people  

• Our promotional materials have been viewed over 27,000 times 

• The PAT portal won the 2022 ALITA (Asia-Pacific Legal Innovation and Technology) award for 'Outstanding Legal Innovation/Legal Tech for Good’
